3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the product back to the address provided in our response.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on availability.
